Shri Vishesh Garghpale, joined Indian Administrative Service in 2008. He did Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science & Engineering from Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishvavisyala. Prior to joining As Commissioner, Bhopal Municipal Corporation, he served as Deputy Secretary to GoMP, (Department of Commerce, Industry and Employment), Chief Executive officer of Zila Panchayat Jablapur, Sub-Divisional Magistrate of  Sironj, Bairasia and Rajnagar(Khajuraho)
